Steve Whitney’s recent post on this blog made me think…while the economy may not be giving us a lot of good news to spread these days, our employees have certainly been involved in their fair share of boast-worthy activities. In the last few months at Kahn we’ve: - topped the triple digit mark with the number of employees achieving the status of LEED Accredited Professional
- applauded as one of our interior designers became Michigan’s first Board Certified member of the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers
- touted a Lifetime Achievement Award for one of our outstanding interior designers
- glowed with pride as our esteemed CEO received the AIA Michigan Gold Medal of Honor
- celebrated one of our own becoming a Board Certified health care designer through the Center for Health Design’s Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC™) program AND the first individual in all of Brazil to receive this prestigious certification
- celebrated the appointment of our firm’s new President, only the ninth in the firm’s 114-year history
Who can blame us for wanting to share these accomplishments with you? We hope that you’ve also had your share of newsworthy happenings as of late. If so, feel free to give yourself a plug right here. PS – We’ve got more exciting news to share with you, but we’ve been sworn to secrecy at this point. So be sure to check back soon for other big announcements. | |
