These are very challenging times, especially for those of us based in Michigan! Everyone’s nervous about their jobs, concerned about their families, friends and co-workers and anxious about the future.

Why are these neat things happening?  I think it can be summed up in one word – ATTITUDE.  We try to be as open with our people as possible – letting them know what we know, as well as what we don’t know. Demonstrating a ‘we’re in this together’ attitude in all that we do. As a result, people understand and everyone tries to help in any way that they can.
