workflow and the reduction of waste. And it's a constantly evolving effort to improve our practices. Using a variety of tools
and processes, Kahn's experienced team members are able to keep program goals, budgets and schedules in check,
leading clients confidently and reassuringly through their projects, from ground breaking to grand opening.

boast of the fact that we have more than 100
LEED Accredited Professionals - and over one
dozen registered or LEED Certified projects in our portfolio.
We've also developed a proprietary sustainability capital planning tool that
helps guide clients through the strategic planning of their facilities to incorporate
sustainable materials and systems. This patent-pending process and tool helps
clients as they assess the decision process for obtaining LEED certification
and provides an analysis on the client's return on investment. The tool also
evaluates the client's overall business strategy and strategic plan, ultimately
mapping a sound business strategy for the client to follow.
