• B.S. Electrical Engineering
• Head up design for large commercial, educational and industrial projects
• Emphasis in power distribution (normal and emergency) including on site generation, lighting, and special systems
• NEC application and interpretation

• Design of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems
• Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines
• Preparation of engineering studies including written reports and oral presentations
• Specification development
• 4 – 10 years’ experience in the A/E industry
• Experienced in Building MEP Design and Engineering
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD MEP and 3-D software
• Proficient in Trane Trace, equipment selection tools and Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of professional conduct and appearance
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered Engineer (in the United States)
  
• LEED AP preferred
• Some travel may be required

General Description:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Proposal, qualifications, presentation development/production
• Award submittal design/production
• Crafting of project descriptions for use in a variety of capacities (news releases, website, brochures, newsletters, etc.)
  
• Participation in corporate event planning
  
• Providing technology support as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration
• Extremely strong writing, proofreading and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, database and graphic software programs
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple deadlines, changing priorities, and possible OT with a positive attitude.
• Industry knowledge preferred
