ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the design of power distribution, control and lighting systems

Develop engineering drawings under the direction of senior engineering staff

Perform calculations and detailing of building electrical systems

Collaboration and coordination with other technical disciplines

Assist in gathering and evaluating information for the preparation of engineering studies

General office work in support of other corporate initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering in an accredited program
-
Knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of AutoCAD useful but not required
-
Interest in alternative energy and energy-saving initiatives preferred
-
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated understanding of professional conduct and appearance
FULL CHARGE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-
Process accurate and timely payroll, including deductions, deferrals, and withholding's, utilizing Scissortail HCM software
-
Assist with the setup and maintenance of project budgets and client billing information in Deltek Vision
-
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and prepare adjusting entries as needed
-
Prepare for audits and submit business and payroll tax filings as needed
-
Perform monthly, quarterly and year end closings on accrual and US GAAP basis
-
Prepare and analyze operating statements
-
Budget analysis
-
Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and workflow to improve efficiency while maintaining good internal control practices
-
Assist in other accounting areas as requested or assigned
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
-
Solid understanding of accounts payable, receivables, cash management, intercompany accountant, and fixed asset accounting
-
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
-
Self-starter with a high degree of problem-solving skills
-
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
Ability to perform GAAP research for advanced accounting topics
-
Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
-
High degree of professionalism and integrity

HEALTHCARE PLANNER/ARCHITECT
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Role will span from healthcare planning and design to project development
-
Coordinate project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and delivery of construction documents
-
Develop creative design concepts for projects and expand on concepts of others
-
Remain current with trends and research in healthcare planning and design, including green design, patient safety and evidence-based design principles
-
Make presentations to client management and boards
Qualifications:
-
Professional degree from an accredited program
-
Architectural Registration desired or clarity of path to achieve registration required
-
LEED credentialed preferred
-
2+ years of healthcare design and planning experience required
-
Proficient with Revit, CAD and/or BIM and other presentation media
-
Clear knowledge of healthcare trends and code/regulatory requirements and their application
-
Ability to work in integrated project teams
PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Lead project structural engineering team
-
Analysis and design of various building framing and foundation systems in structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry
-
Development of construction documents including drawings, and specifications; meeting the scheduled project issue dates
-
Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines
-
Construction administration including shop drawing review and responding to construction questions
-
Assist in developing proposals
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred
-
10 years of relevant project experience
-
Licensed as a Professional Engineer
-
Revit Structural experience
-
RISA 3D analysis software experience
-
Project leadership skills
-
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to work in a dynamic team setting with overtime as required
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

In-charge project leadership, including management of mechanical project team
-
Design of plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems
-
Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines
-
Development of project mechanical system scope in conjunction with client
-
Preparation of engineering studies including written reports and oral presentations
-
Specification development
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
-
Registered Engineer (in the United States)
-
LEED AP preferred
-
Minimum 15 years’ experience in the A/E industry
-
Experienced in Building MEP Design and Engineering
-
Working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and Revit
-
Proficient in Trane Trace, equipment selection tools and Microsoft Office programs
-
Demonstrated project leadership skills
-
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated understanding of professional conduct and appearance
-
Ability and willingness to travel
