Looking to expand, the client wanted to extend and enhance the strengths of their current campus complex.

The new seven-story building features an atrium, presentation venue, employee recognition display area, exercise area and serves as a primary connector- tying the buildings on the west side of campus to the main buildings on the east. The first four floors are designed to house open office space, while the fifth and sixth floors are slated to be built as shell space to allow for future expansion. Office and common public spaces facilitate employee communication and interaction, providing a flexible environment supportive of change. A library and café are included to further enhance the complex.

Addressing a range of building, parking and site issues, the plan places new office and support facilities at the heart of the campus to maximize functional adjacencies and connectivity.
