About the Role

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Role will span from healthcare planning and design to project development

Coordinate project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and delivery of construction documents

Develop creative design concepts for projects and expand on concepts of others

Remain current with trends and research in healthcare planning and design, including green design, patient safety and evidence-based design principles

Make presentations to client management and boards

Requirements

  • Professional degree from an accredited program

  • Architectural Registration desired or clarity of path to achieve registration required

  • LEED credentialed preferred

  • 2+ years of healthcare design and planning experience required

  • Proficient with Revit, CAD and/or BIM and other presentation media

  • Clear knowledge of healthcare trends and code/regulatory requirements and their application

  • Ability to work in integrated project teams
